What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order, a service representative will contact you to finalize the order and help make your
transition as easy as possible. You will then receive (through e-mail and post office mail) a welcome packet that
contains all of the information about your account and how to access it.

When will I receive my first bill?
You will receive your first bill 30-days after the service has started. This bill will include any setup or
registration fees (if applicable) and two months of service (the first month and the upcoming month). After that,
future bills will reflect the upcoming month's service.
For service billed annually, you will receive the first bill 30-days after the service has started. This bill
will include any setup or registration fees (if applicable) and 12 months of service at the annual (discounted) rate.
You will not receive another bill until the next year, unless there are any overage or additional feature charges.

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?
After we setup your new account, you will have 30-days to evaluate our service. If you will not 100% satisfied
then you can close your account within this period and not be charged any service fees. (Setup and
registration fees do not apply are non-refundable.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and also check/money order.

Why do some hosting plans have a setup fee?
Hosting plans with specific customizations or preparations have a setup-fee. Most plans do not have a setup fee
and are setup the same day that they are ordered.

How does billing annually differ from monthly?
We offer the option to bill your service annually instead of monthly. Most hosting plans offer a discount for
choosing this option. Also, you'll save money on paper, envelops, and stamps.

Will I receive a usage statement every month--even if I autopay?
Yes, depending on your preference, you will receive a statement that outlines your account usage through mail,
e-mail, or both.
